spacious layout comfortable bed
the rooms had spacious layouts and a huge comfortable bed. a great walk-in shower was available in the huge bathroom. i could look out at the amazing view while showering.
the hotel is very expensive for what it offers, and i left feeling like the price-quality ratio was not balanced.

mountain view friendly staff
I stayed in a beautiful room sunrise walk. the views were great from the room, i could see the distant mountains. the service in the restaurant was fast. I found the restaurant staff friendly.
the road leading to the hotel was unpaved, i found that a little unsafe!

serene getaway with excellent service
delicious food modern accommodation helpful staff
The restaurant offered delicious food and the service was perfect. the accommodation was very clean and modern. the staff was kind and helpful throughout my stay. i especially enjoyed the sri lankan food experience. The server explained each dish's story.
The hotel lacked air conditioning. Only a fan was available. it got hot, so i felt grossly uncomfortable. there were bugs everywhere since it is in the hills.

breakfast featured a wide array of choices with fresh fruit and local pastries available. the restaurant's menu included both western and sri lankan dishes, with an emphasis on local ingredients. dietary restrictions were accommodated with advance notice.

the staff promptly addressed requests and inquiries throughout my stay. housekeeping ensured that rooms were cleaned daily, and turndown service was provided each evening. concierge services assisted with arranging transportation and excursions to nearby attractions.

the spa offered a range of treatments, including massages and facials, in a tranquil setting. the pool area had comfortable loungers, providing ample space to relax. wifi was available in all areas of the hotel and its signal was consistently strong.

nice accommodation
attentive staff mountain scenery eco-friendly elements
The staff were very attentive and they met all my needs, i found the views very nice, especially the mountain scenery. The hotel is among the best i have ever stayed at. the room was spacious and very clean! it also had a nice design with eco-friendly elements, and i liked that.
i was like the employees could have been more helpful in problem-solving.

The gym includes several treadmills, a selection of weights, and stationary bikes. The pool is well kept with numerous loungers available. there were also many activities to choose from, including a sunrise hike.

the hotel offered fine views, especially from the rooms, since they overlooked lush greenery and mountains. little adam's peak is easily accessible, being a short distance away! the nine arch bridge is also accessible through a walk.

the staff was friendly and made sure every need was met, i also noticed the welcome drink at check-in. breakfast was very good, and i appreciated the really good dining experience and delicious cuisine.

great trek local fauna hot drinks false advertising mosquito presence poor blinds
I participated in the trek on section 15 of the Pekoe trail, up and around a local peak, with Gayasha. She knew a lot about the area, including the fauna, butterflies, and birds. I also enjoyed the hot drinks provided.
I felt there was no value for money here. The hotel seemed overpriced for what it offered. I also think the photos online did not match the actual room. The room I got looked different from the pictures shown.
